At Nissi Wellness Clinic, we strive to provide you with high-quality products and services. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we have established the following return policy:

Product Returns:

Unopened and unused products may be returned within 7 days of the purchase date for a full refund following inspection.
Please provide the original receipt or proof of purchase when returning the product.
Opened or used products are not eligible for return due to health and safety reasons.

Service Returns:
Services rendered, including IV hydration and wellness treatments, are non-refundable.
We take utmost care to ensure your satisfaction during your visit. If you have any concerns about a service, please let us know immediately, and we will address it to the best of our ability.

Refunds:
Refunds for eligible product returns will be issued using the original payment method within 7-10 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned item.

Nissi Wellness Clinic reserves the right to refuse a refund if the returned product does not meet our return policy criteria.

Exceptions:
We cannot accept returns or provide refunds for promotional items, or personalized services.

Damaged or Defective Products:
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact our customer support team within 48 hours of receipt.

We may request photographic evidence or the return of the damaged or defective item before issuing a replacement or refund.
